Klantmanager Inkomen Gemeente Functie omschrijving Klantmanager Inkomen Als Consulent Inkomen is de professional verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig behandelen en afwikkelen van aanvragen binnen de Participatiewet (P-wet), IOAW, IOAZ en bijzondere bijstand. De professional voert hierbij het volledige proces uit, van intake en onderzoek tot rapportage en besluitvorming. Binnen de opdracht maakt de professional onderdeel uit van het gespecialiseerde team Doorstroomlocatie, dat verantwoordelijk is voor de intake en administratieve afhandeling van statushouders voor de nieuwe doorstroomlocatie in Leidschendam. Takenpakket: - Het innemen, beoordelen en afwikkelen van aanvragen op grond van de P-wet, IOAW, IOAZ en bijzondere bijstand. - Het voeren van intakegesprekken en uitvoeren van onderzoek naar de rechtmatigheid en volledigheid van aanvragen. - Het beheren van de caseload en bewaken van het volledige proces van aanvraag tot besluitvorming. - Het opstellen van rapportages en nemen van besluiten op basis van geldende wet- en regelgeving. - Het voeren van intakegesprekken met statushouders voor de nieuwe doorstroomlocatie in Leidschendam. - Het administratief verwerken en afhandelen van de intakegesprekken en bijbehorende aanvragen. - Het samenwerken met collega's binnen het team Doorstroomlocatie om de instroom en doorstroom van statushouders zorgvuldig te begeleiden.
