Klantmanager Nieuwbouw Nijmegen 17 september 2026 Als Klantmanager Nieuwbouw bij LIV Wooncoach ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor kopers en geïnteresseerden. Vanaf het eerste contact zorg jij ervoor dat zij zich goed geïnformeerd voelen en weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat ook achter de schermen alles soepel verloopt. Je bent iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, goed kan organiseren en graag structuur aanbrengt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je hebt voornamelijk telefonisch en digitaal contact met kopers en geïnteresseerden en houdt je daarnaast bezig met de communicatie en administratie rondom onze nieuwbouwprojecten. Denk aan het beantwoorden van vragen, het inplannen van afspraken, het opmaken van koopaktes en het aan- en afmelden van projecten op Funda. Een mooie rol voor iemand die graag gestructureerd werkt, snel kan schakelen en energie krijgt van een overzichtelijk verkoopproces. Kortom: een echte administratieve kracht die ervoor zorgt dat alles klopt en op rolletjes loopt! Wat ga je doen? - Jij bent vanaf het eerste contact een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt tot aan de overdracht aan de wooncoach en/of makelaar. - Je ondersteunt de wooncoaches/makelaar en andere adviseurs bij het organiseren en inplannen van afspraken. - Je beantwoordt klantvragen via telefoon, chat, whatsapp en e-mail en zorgt voor een snelle en passende opvolging. - Je verzorgt de communicatie met kopers, waaronder nieuwsbrieven en projectupdates. - Je ondersteunt bij het opmaken van koopaktes en andere administratieve werkzaamheden. - Je verzorgt de aanmelding en presentatie van nieuwbouwprojecten op Funda. - Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten en houdt het verkoopproces nauwlettend in de gaten. - Je schakelt waar nodig met makelaars, wooncoaches, financieel adviseurs, ontwikkelaars en andere betrokken partijen.
