The posting

Als klantmanager schulddienstverlening begeleid je inwoners van gemeente Hoeksche Waard naar een financieel stabiele toekomst. Je ondersteunt mensen die te maken hebben met schulden of betalingsproblemen en helpt hen stap voor stap weer grip te krijgen op hun financiële situatie. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de schulden alleen. Je hebt oog voor de persoonlijke omstandigheden en werkt vanuit vertrouwen, aandacht en maatwerk. Van het eerste gesprek tot de nazorg ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de inwoner.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Behandelen en begeleiden van aanvragen voor schulddienstverlening, van intake tot afronding en nazorg. • Voeren van adviesgesprekken en opstellen van een passend maatwerktraject voor iedere inwoner. • Treffen van minnelijke schuldregelingen, opstellen van 100%-betalingsregelingen en voorbereiden van verzoekschriften voor de wettelijke schuldsanering (WSNP). • Uitvoeren van heronderzoeken tijdens lopende schuldhulpverleningstrajecten. • Werken volgens de principes van stress-sensitieve dienstverlening, waarbij je oog hebt voor de achterliggende oorzaken van financiële problemen. • Actief benaderen van inwoners bij signalen van betalingsachterstanden, bijvoorbeeld door een huisbezoek af te leggen of telefonisch contact op te nemen. • Verzorgen van budgetcursussen en voorlichtingen, zodat inwoners leren hoe zij zelf meer grip krijgen op hun financiën. • Meedenken over de verdere ontwikkeling van de schuldhulpverlening, zoals de Basisdienstverlening Schuldhulpverlening, en bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de dienstverlening.

Je werkt tussen de 20 en 36 uur per week. De opdracht start z.s.m. en loopt tot en met 31 december 2026, met kans op verlenging. Je werkt deels vanuit huis en deels vanuit de standplaats Maasdam.
