Locatie Rotterdam Flanderijn Je blijft duidelijk en standvastig, terwijl je je goed kunt inleven in de situatie van de klant. Samen met de klant zoeken naar de beste oplossing Op onze afdeling Pensioenfondsen werk je aan dossiers van pensioenuitvoerders die Flanderijn inschakelen om niet‑afgedragen pensioenpremies alsnog te innen. Als Klantmedewerker Incasso krijg je je eigen klantenportefeuille en daarmee veel verantwoordelijkheid én vrijheid. Binnen de afspraken met onze opdrachtgevers zoek je actief mee naar oplossingen die werken voor zowel de klant (werkgevers) als de opdrachtgever. In de meeste gevallen bereik je in de minnelijke fase een passende oplossing. Soms is een gerechtelijke procedure nodig - ook dan begeleid jij het gehele traject. Jij bent de stabiele factor die het overzicht bewaart en duidelijk communiceert, zelfs wanneer de situatie complex wordt. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: • Je hebt veel telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten, advocaten en curatoren • Je beoordeelt en controleert betaalafspraken met onze klanten • Je stelt dagvaardingen en dwangbevelen op • Je vraagt faillissementen aan wanneer dat nodig is • Je adviseert onze opdrachtgevers vanuit jouw expertise Wat bieden wij jou: • Een salaris van € 2.750,00 - € 3.500,00 bruto per maand o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring • 30 vakantiedagen o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek • Een 13e maand • Persoonlijke ontwikkeling vinden wij belangrijk.
