Locatie Rotterdam Flanderijn Maak het verschil voor mensen met schulden! Samen met de klant zoeken naar een oplossing Op onze afdeling Recovery behandelen wij dossiers van ondernemers die een schuld hebben bij een financiële instelling. In dit relatief kleine zelf organiserende team ben jij samen met je 5 collega's verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van dossiers met zakelijke vorderingen. Wij werken voor diverse financiële opdrachtgevers, zoals ABN AMRO bank, ING en Rabobank. Zij hebben hun dossiers aan ons overgedragen omdat hun klanten de betaalverplichtingen niet zijn nagekomen. Als Klantmedewerker Zakelijke Kredieten behandel en incasseer jij deze vorderingen. Het zijn vorderingen op zakelijke klanten, variërend van standaardkredieten aan ondernemers met een eenmanszaak tot complexe kredieten aan rechtspersonen. Je werkt met dossiers waarin sprake kan zijn van hoofdelijke aansprakelijkheid, borgstellingen en zekerheden zoals pand- en/of hypotheekrechten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille en geen enkel dossier en geen enkele situatie is hetzelfde. Jij kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende situaties en kan hierin maatwerk leveren, met oog voor de klant en onze opdrachtgevers. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je onderhoudt voornamelijk schriftelijk contact (e-mail) met klanten en zoekt aanvullend telefonisch contact om tot afspraken te komen - Je analyseert dossiers en verdiept je in het klantprofiel en de financiële situatie van de ondernemer. Op basis van jouw analyse ga je proactief het gesprek aan met de klant om te komen tot een haalbare en duurzame betaaloplossing - Contact onderhouden met externe partijen, zoals schuldhulpverlenende instanties - Opdrachtgevers adviseren over het behandeltraject van het dossier Wat bieden wij jou: - Een salaris van €2.750,00 - €3.900,00 bruto per maand o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring - 30 vakantiedagen, o.b.v. een 40-urige...
