Maar we zoeken wel mensen met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, leergierigheid en de drive om het vak serieus te leren. Vind je drive. En volg 'm bij Pon Center. Bij Pon Center draait alles om drive. De drive om elke dag beter te worden, om kwaliteit te leveren en om samen het verschil te maken voor onze klanten. En bij dat laatste komt jouw drive om de hoek kijken. Wat ga je doen? Als Service Adviseur ben jij de regisseur van het serviceproces en het vertrouwde gezicht voor onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk werkplaatsbezoek van begin tot eind vlekkeloos verloopt, met heldere communicatie en eerlijk advies. Alle fijne kneepjes van het vak leren wij je, jouw hart voor klanten is de belangrijkste basis. - Je ontvangt klanten en begeleidt hen van aanname tot oplevering van hun auto. - Je vertaalt de wensen naar een duidelijke werkbrief voor de technici in de werkplaats. - Je bespreekt offertes en geeft advies. - Je bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat we onze beloftes nakomen. - Je zorgt dat klanten na afloop weer met een glimlach de weg op gaan. - Jij maakt het verschil tussen goed en geweldig.
