The posting

Jouw uitleg maakt het verschil voor ondernemers en leveranciers. Als klantspecialist bij de helpdesk e-factureren help je hen om digitale facturen uit te wisselen met de overheid. Je geeft duidelijke antwoorden en praktisch advies, zodat zij weten wat mogelijk is en aan welke verplichtingen zij moeten voldoen.

Je werkt samen met een team van inhoudelijke experts. Met jouw kennis help je klanten verder én draag je bij aan betere dienstverlening.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je helpt ondernemers en leveranciers via telefoon, e-mail en andere kanalen. • Je adviseert over de mogelijkheden en verplichtingen rond e-facturatie. • Je begeleidt klanten bij het uitwisselen van e-facturen met de overheid. • Je signaleert vragen en knelpunten en gebruikt deze om de dienstverlening te verbeteren. • Je draagt bij aan de kennisontwikkeling binnen het Kenniscentrum E-procurement. • Je werkt met collega's aan het verder verbeteren van de dienstverlening.

Je werkt 36 uur per week in Den Haag. Het werk kan ook worden verdeeld over twee parttimers. Ben je minimaal 20 uur per week beschikbaar? Reageer dan ook gerust. Je kunt in ieder geval op donderdag werken. Kun je ook op vrijdag werken? Dat is mooi meegenomen. Je start op 5 oktober 2026 en werkt tot en met 31 december 2026. Je bent deze hele periode beschikbaar.

Functie-eisen: Ondernemers verder helpen: daar krijg jij energie van. Je werkt klantgericht en servicegericht en legt makkelijk contact met ondernemers en leveranciers. Je bent sociaal vaardig, denkt mee en neemt initiatief. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden maak je complexe informatie begrijpelijk en geef je klanten duidelijke, praktische uitleg.

Verder:

• Heb je hbo-werk- en -denkniveau. • Heb je aantoonbare ervaring met helpdeskwerkzaamheden en het adviseren van klanten. • Heb je ervaring met het adviseren over e-facturatie? Dat is mooi meegenomen. • Ben je bekend met het leveranciersportaal van de Rijksoverheid? Dat is mooi meegenomen.
