Als Junior Werkvoorbereider in de bouw zorg jij dat alles achter de schermen klopt, zodat de uitvoering strak kan starten en doorgaan. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende regionale bouwprojecten en krijgt ruimte om echt mee te denken. In deze rol ondersteun je de voorbereiding en organisatie van projecten van begin tot eind. Je leest tekeningen, controleert documenten en zorgt dat materialen, planning en administratie goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij schakel je veel met leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's, waarbij jij helder communiceert, knelpunten signaleert en praktisch handelt. Hierbij heb je onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden: - Bestuderen van bouwtekeningen, bestekken en technische documenten - Controleren van informatie en signaleren van onduidelijkheden of afwijkingen - Aanvragen, vergelijken en verwerken van offertes - Ondersteunen bij inkoop, planning en projectadministratie - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers, onderaannemers en uitvoering Functie-eisen Je hebt een afgeronde MBO of HBO Bouwkunde opleiding en maximaal 3 jaar jaar ervaring in de bouw of werkvoorbereiding en je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, kwaliteit en resultaat samenkomen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen voorbereiding, overleg en administratie, en je vindt het prettig om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een goed georganiseerd proces. Daarnaast breng je een praktische instelling mee en kun je tekeningen en technische informatie goed interpreteren. Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt vooruit en weet anderen op een heldere manier mee te nemen in jouw advies of aanpak. Werken met deadlines en meerdere projecten tegelijk geeft jou juist focus.
