Ter versterking van ons kleurenlabo zoeken we een kleurspecialist: een nauwkeurige en analytische professional die zich wil verdiepen in kleurontwikkeling én mee wil bouwen aan een digitaal ondersteunde organisatie.

Al jaren ondersteunen we professionele klanten met hoogwaardige industriële laksystemen, technische begeleiding en uiterst nauwkeurige kleurreproducties. Kleurexpertise vormt daarbij één van onze grootste sterktes. Dagelijks ontwikkelen we kleuren op maat en zorgen we ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een perfect resultaat.

Jouw rol

Kleuren reproduceren vormt de kern van jouw functie.

Je analyseert kleurstalen, ontwikkelt kleurformules en gaat op zoek naar de meest nauwkeurige kleurreproductie. Daarbij werk je met geavanceerde kleurmeetapparatuur, spectrometers en gespecialiseerde software.

Je registreert en documenteert jouw ontwikkelingen zorgvuldig zodat kwaliteit en reproduceerbaarheid steeds gegarandeerd blijven.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's uit het kleurenlabo en R&D. Je denkt mee over hoe processen efficiënter, slimmer en digitaler kunnen worden georganiseerd en draagt actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van onze werking.

Wie ben jij?

Je hoeft geen ervaren colorist te zijn.

Wat voor ons vooral telt, is jouw denkvermogen, nauwkeurigheid en ingesteldheid.

Je:

  • werkt uiterst secuur en gestructureerd;
  • beschikt over analytisch inzicht;
  • denkt logisch en oplossingsgericht;
  • hebt interesse in techniek, kleur en productontwikkeling;
  • bent digitaal vaardig en leert vlot werken met nieuwe software en systemen;
  • ziet opportuniteiten om processen te verbeteren en efficiënter te maken;
  • neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee;
  • werkt graag samen in team.
