We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste kleuterleerkracht die ons team gedurende een volledig schooljaar komt versterken.

Je gaat aan de slag als plusleerkracht bij onze jongste kleuters. Je ondersteunt de klasleerkrachten en werkt mee aan een warme, veilige en stimulerende leeromgeving waarin onze jongste kinderen alle kansen krijgen om te groeien en te ontwikkelen.

Je staat er uiteraard niet alleen voor. Je vormt samen met de leerkrachten van de jongste kleuters en de eerste kleuterklas een miniteam. Binnen dit team werken jullie nauw samen, delen jullie ideeën en expertise en stemmen jullie de werking af op de noden van de kinderen.

Wat mag je verwachten?

Je beschikt over een diploma dat je in staat stelt om als kleuterleerkracht aan de slag te gaan.

Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die:

  • enthousiast en gemotiveerd is om met jonge kleuters te werken;
  • graag samenwerkt en een echte teamspeler is;
  • flexibel is en vlot kan inspelen op de noden van kinderen en collega's;
  • initiatief durft nemen en zelfstandig kan werken;
  • openstaat voor overleg, feedback en professionele groei;
  • mee wil bouwen aan een warme en positieve schoolomgeving;
  • kinderen met zorg, geduld en enthousiasme begeleidt.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Ook startende leerkrachten zijn van harte welkom om te solliciteren.
