The posting

Wegens babyboom op school zijn we op zoek naar een extra kleuterleerkracht.

  • tot kerst ondersteun je mee in alle kleuterklassen, je neemt zorgtaken in het kleuter op je, je leert onze school en werking kennen
  • Vanaf januari tot einde schooljaar ben je klasverantwoordelijke voor jongste kleuter (wegens opsplitsing van de steeds groter wordende jongste kleutergroep)

We zoeken iemand die graag met kinderen werkt, een warme en veilige klasomgeving creëert en samen met het team wil zorgen voor een fijne en leerrijke schooltijd.

  • Je vertrekt vanuit de interesses van de kinderen om deze uit te werken in leerrijke, levensechte projecten.
  • Je werkt in een klein hecht team om samen school te maken met de kinderen en hun ouders.
  • Je geeft constructieve, doelgerichte feedback en stimuleert leerlingen om zelf hun leren te sturen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in het methode-onderwijs en/of bij de leeftijdsgroep.

Je wordt verloond volgens het barema van het ministerie van onderwijs in het ambt van leerkracht basisonderwijs (141).

Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis zelfreflectie, welke je daartoe inzet als hefboom. Hierbij ben je bereid om feedback te geven en te ontvangen.
