In het schooljaar 2026-2027 willen we ons team verder aanvullen en zijn we op zoek naar een leerkracht voor de kleuters (klas unique).

● je bent pedagogisch gedreven, vakbekwaam, kindgericht

● de Freinetgedachte, de werking, de visie en de toepassing van de diverse freinettechnieken zijn je bekend.

● je bent organisatorisch sterk: je stuurt het dagdagelijks klasgebeuren in een freinetklas waar je oog hebt voor een flexibele gestructureerde aanpak, voor het creëren van vrije werkmomenten, voor de creatieve ontwikkeling van inhoudelijke thema’s en algemene organisatie, waarbij je de ontwikkelingsdoelen als leidraad weet te gebruiken.

● je weet kinderen te betoveren, uit te dagen en te motiveren: hun interesses aan te wakkeren, om zichzelf een trapje hoger te tillen, hen te ondersteunen en te sterken in hun ontplooiing en zelfvertrouwen.

● Je kunt een klasgroep sturen, maar evenveel oog hebben voor de individuele ontwikkeling van elk kind afzonderlijk, zodat je het potentieel van elk kind maximaal weet te benutten

● Je weet kinderen te boeien en streeft ernaar dat ze dagdagelijks met een goed gevoel in De kleine helden aankomen.

● je weet goed te rapporteren, zowel naar team als naar ouders toe. Je openheid laat anderen binnen het team ook meedenken en helpen oplossingen zoeken.

● je bent communicatief sterk: zowel in contact met kinderen, ouders, collega’s en andere betrokkenen. Je openheid maakt ruimte voor de coöperatieve gedachte binnen onze freinetwerking en je weet je werking hieraan te koppelen.

● Je bent sterk in planning, maar weet daar ook flexibel en creatief mee om te gaan.

● Je wil je blik steeds verruimen, ver buiten het strikte klasgebeuren om. Je bent bereid om blijvend in jezelf te investeren via bijscholing, opleiding, reflectie

● Je beschikt over voldoende draagkracht om binnen het kleine team de school verder te helpen uitbouwen met extra verantwoordelijkheden en je schouders te zetten onder het totale concept van De kleine helden

● In de wekelijkse teamvergaderingen ben je een teamspeler en weet je op een constructieve en creatieve manier je inbreng te doen.
