The posting

Welkom in De Zonnebloem, een kleine, warme basisschool in Wilrijk. Samen vormen we een hechte groep, want hier kent iedereen elkaar! We zijn vlot bereikbaar met de fiets, het openbaar vervoer en de auto.

Een warm contact

Wat we doen, doen we samen: met de kinderen, de ouders én het lerarenteam. De kinderen van onze school kunnen bij alle leerkrachten terecht. Omdat we hen zo goed kennen, weten we ’s ochtends meteen wat er leeft. We communiceren heel vaak met de ouders en wachten niet tot het oudercontact om een gesprek aan te gaan.

Wanneer dat mogelijk is, kiezen we voor co-teaching in de klas. Zo hebben we onze handen vrij voor individuele begeleiding. Het aanleren van nieuwe leerstof gebeurt in kleinere groepen in de klas: op die manier krijgen kinderen meer spreek- en oefenkansen. Heeft een kind bepaalde noden? Samen met de ouders én het kind zoeken we naar een oplossing. We bieden hulpmaterialen en flexibele trajecten op maat van het kind. Onze partners, van kinesisten en logopedisten tot het CLB, springen bij wanneer dat nodig is.

Krachtig onderwijs met een brede blik op de wereld

Onze school staat open voor nieuwe inzichten. In kleinere werkgroepen verdiepen we ons in diverse domeinen: Nederlands, wiskunde, gezondheid… Inzichten uit pedagogische studiegroepen delen we met plezier met het team.

Met onze aanpak vergroten we elke dag de wereld van de kinderen. We besteden veel aandacht aan muzische vorming, nemen hen vaak mee op uitstap en geven inspraak in de schoolwerking. Lezen staat hoog op onze prioriteitenlijst, want wie veel en graag leest, legt een stevige basis om zijn weg te vinden in de maatschappij.

Wat doe je?

Je werkt PT in de 3de kleuterklas. Samen met je collega van de 3de kleuterklas creëren jullie een rijke leeromgeving waarin elk kind actief betrokken is.

  • Je krijgt een deeltijdse lesopdracht in de kleuterschool
  • Je kan rekenen op aanvangsbegeleiding en ondersteuning van de andere zorgcollega's en zorgcoördinator.
