1 Klima- und Energiemanager*in (m./w./d.) Ihre Aufgaben * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Klima- und Energie-Modellregion G * Einrichtung bzw. laufende Betreuung einer regionalen Informations- und Servicestelle * Erhebung, Darstellung und Bewertung regionaler Wege zur Reduktion von Treibhausgasemissionen * Initiierung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten * Planung und Umsetzung weiterer Projekte * Entwicklung von Projektideen, Erstellung von Förderanträgen sowie Akquisition neuer Fördermöglichkeiten. * Verwaltung und Begleitung von Förderprojekten einschließlich erforderlicher Dokumentation und Abrechnung. * Budgetverantwortung für die Klima- und Energie-Modellregion. * Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Bewusstseinsbildung, insbesondere Pressearbeit, digitale Kommunikation, Veranstaltungen und Informationsmaterialien; Anpassung von Informationen * Organisation und Durchführung von Vernetzungsworkshops und Informationsveranstaltungen * Planung und Durchführung von Planungs-, Beteiligungs- und Evaluierungsworkshops * Zusammenarbeit mit Gemeinden, Politik, öffentlicher Verwaltung, Betrieben, Vereinen, Bildungs- und Forschungseinrichtungen * Festigung und Weiterentwicklung geeigneter regionaler Strukturen * Austausch, Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem KEM-Qualitätsmanagement (KEM-QM) sowie mit anderen Klima- und Energie-Modellregionen * Teilnahme an österreichweiten Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen * Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Informationen für Monitoring, Evaluierung, Dokumentation und Berichtswesen entsprechend den Vorgaben des KEM-Programms

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Matura oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung * Fundiertes Basiswissen bzw. eine Zusatzausbildung in zumindest mehreren der Bereiche Klimaschutz, Mobilität, erneuerbare Energien und Ressourcenschonung * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement * Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit oder Veranstaltungsorganisation. * Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. * Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Verhandlungs- und Organisationsgeschick * Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise * Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der konkreten Umsetzung regionaler Projekte * Regionale Verbundenheit sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der Region Großglockner/Mölltal - Oberes Drautal * Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, insbesondere bei Abendveranstaltungen, Workshops und Vernetzungsterminen

Von Vorteil sind * Ein technisches, naturwissenschaftliches, wirtschaftliches, geographisches, raumplanerisches oder kommunikationsbezogenes Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare einschlägige Ausbildung. * Guter Einblick in die österreichische Förderlandschaft sowie Erfahrung im Fördermanagement. * Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Partizipation und Inklusion. * Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Moderation und Durchführung von Workshops und Informationsveranstaltungen. * Erfahrungen mit politischen Entscheidungsprozessen und der öffentlichen Verwaltung auf Gemeindeebene. * Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikations-, Büro- und Projektmanagement-Tools
