In deze veelzijdige rol geef je operationeel leiding aan één of meerdere klinieken en zorg je samen met jouw teams voor kwalitatief hoogwaardige, toegankelijke en patiëntgerichte zorg. Als Kliniekmanager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de dagelijkse praktijk op de kliniek, de specialismen en het management. Je creëert de juiste randvoorwaarden zodat zorgprofessionals hun werk optimaal kunnen uitvoeren en patiënten kunnen rekenen op de beste zorg. Onze Kliniekmanagers komen regelmatig samen met collega's uit het hele land. Deze bijeenkomsten bieden een waardevolle kans voor samenwerking en kennisdeling. Je krijgt de vrijheid om je eigen pad te trekken. Je wordt actief betrokken bij strategische plannen en hebt de mogelijkheid om mee te denken over de richting en groei van onze organisatie. Naast de nodige ervaring en expertise, zoeken wij iemand die een frisse blik heeft en nieuwe ideeën meebrengt. Op termijn bieden we je de mogelijkheid om een tweede kliniek van PoliDirect aan te sturen, wat betekent dat je flexibel ingesteld bent en graag onderweg bent. Wat ga je doen?
