Jouw baan als Kliniekmanager bij Xpert Clinics Oogzorg omgeveing Eindhoven. In deze rol combineer je operationele slagkracht met strategisch inzicht. Je bouwt aan een sterke, toekomstbestendige kliniek waar patiënttevredenheid, professionele ontwikkeling en financiële gezondheid hand in hand gaan. Als Kliniekmanager ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor onze vestiging in omgeving Eindhoven Je rapporteert aan de Regiomanager en geeft leiding aan een multidisciplinair team van optometristen, orthoptisten, TOA's, OK-assistenten en baliemedewerkers. Daarnaast ben je 1e aanspreekpunt voor artsen. Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden Operationele aansturing & kwaliteit van zorg - Coördineren van de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen de kliniek - Verantwoordelijk voor capaciteitsplanning (OK-planning, spreekuren, behandelkamers) - Optimaliseren van patiëntstromen en werkprocessen - Toezien op naleving van protocollen en kwaliteitsnormen - Monitoren van patiënttevredenheid en zorgvuldig afhandelen van klachten - Continu verbeteren van poliklinische en operatieve processen Leiderschap en management - Aansturen en coachen van het team (circa 15 medewerkers) - Voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken - Begeleiden van ziekteverzuim en voeren van verzuimgesprekken - Werving en selectie van nieuwe collega's - Verantwoordelijk voor roosterplanning en personeelsinzet - Stimuleren van persoonlijke en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling Financiële & strategische verantwoordelijkheid - Verantwoordelijk voor het financiële resultaat (P&L) van de vestiging - Efficiënte inzet van middelen en personeel - Signa...
