Je combineert vakinhoudelijke expertise met een open blik, verbindende communicatie en een drive om samen te verbeteren. Vanwege een tijdelijke uitbreiding van onze vakgroep zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die ons mooie team komt versterken. Bij St Jansdal krijg je de ruimte om je vak in de volle breedte uit te oefenen en om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen. Gewoon omdat we geloven dat je daar het beste werk van maakt. Wat ga je doen? Als klinisch chemicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor hoogwaardige laboratoriumdiagnostiek en fungeer je als vraagbaak voor medisch specialisten, huisartsen en andere zorgprofessionals. Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling en neemt deel aan bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Daarnaast: • Adviseer je zorgverleners over diagnostische vraagstukken. • Lever je een actieve bijdrage aan innovatie, kwaliteitsverbetering en projecten binnen de vakgroep. • Werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen en buiten het laboratorium. • Denk je mee over de toekomst van de klinische chemie en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening. • Stemmen we aandachtsgebieden af op jouw expertise, ambities en interesses. Ook als je binnenkort je opleiding afrondt, nodigen we je van harte uit om te reageren. Het kloppend zorg-hart van de regio Je komt terecht in een moderne en dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving met ruim 200 medisch specialisten en hoogwaardige zorg op de locaties Harderwijk en Lelystad. Kwaliteit, samenwerking en persoonlijke aandacht staan hier centraal. De lijnen zijn kort, de betrokkenheid groot en er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief.
