Klinisch geriater of internist ouderengeneeskunde Hardenberg INTERNIST OUDERENGENEESKUNDEdie tijdelijk ons team kan versterken. Jouw werk als klinisch geriater of internist ouderenzorg Op onze polikliniek leveren we algemene geriatrische zorg, maar er zijn ook specifieke poli's voor mensen met cognitieve problemen, valproblematiek, osteoporose en polyfarmacie. Op indicatie verrichten we huisbezoeken. Ook werken we nauw samen met de specialisten ouderengeneeskunde op de ouderenzorglocaties van onze organisatie. We verrichten consulten op locatie en nemen deel aan MDO's. Het Saxenburgh Medisch Centrum is een basisziekenhuis met korte lijnen. Er is geen eigen klinische geriatrie afdeling. Je zult spoedconsulten verrichten op de SEH en je hebt een belangrijke consultatieve functie op andere afdelingen in het ziekenhuis. Samen met de orthopeden dragen we zorg voor de traumageriatrie. Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met specialisten van andere vakgebieden en collega's uit je eigen team. Samen met de specialisten ouderengeneeskunde werken we aan drempelvrije ouderenzorg in de regio en verdere ontwikkeling van 1,5-lijnszorg. Uiteindelijk willen we vanuit positieve gezondheid inzetten op het verbeteren van gezondheid aan de hand van behandeldoelen, die vaak ook buiten het medisch/somatische domein liggen. Waar kom je te werken? De huidige vakgroep bestaat uit vier internisten ouderengeneeskunde, een klinisch geriater, een verpleegkundig specialist geriatrie, een verpleegkundig specialist in opleiding en twee geriatrieverpleegkundigen in opleiding. We zijn werkzaam in een mooi en eigentijds ziekenhuis dat in 2020 is gebouwd met alle moderne voorzieningen en voordelen van dien. Onze vakgroep kenmerkt zich door ambitie voor zorgvernieuwing en een uitstekende werksfeer binnen het team. Binnen Saxenburgh beoefenen we de geriatrie met veel enthousiasme en ambitie.
