Je combineert leren en werken in een dynamische klinische omgeving en groeit uit tot klinisch kraamverzorgende. Je ondersteunt bij partussen en neonatologische zorg, begeleidt ouders en profiteert van topvoorwaarden: een uitstekende reiskostenregeling en een rooster dat al 3 maanden vooruit bekend is. Als klinisch kraamverzorgende in opleiding in het Geboortecentrum van OLVG leer je onmisbare zorg te leveren aan moeder en pasgeborene - zowel op de Verloskunde als op de Neonatologie afdeling. Je gaat onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's ondersteunen bij bevallingen, ouders begeleiden en je draagt bij aan veilige, hoogwaardige zorg in een multidisciplinair team. - Bieden van professionele zorg aan kraamvrouwen en pasgeborenen, ook bij complicaties. - Ondersteunen van O&G- en neonatologieverpleegkundigen bij handelingen en complexe situaties. - Monitoren, signaleren en rapporteren van veranderingen bij moeder en kind. - Troosten en comfort bieden aan de pasgeborene na intensieve behandelingen, en ouders begeleiden bij verzorging, voeding (borst/fles), buidelen, in bad doen en aankleden. - Gereedmaken van materialen en uitvoeren van basis- en risicovolle handelingen (zoals hielprikken). Bij OLVG krijg je de ruimte om je te ontwikkelen tot klinisch kraamverzorgende. Je volgt de opleiding en groeit via klinische lessen, coaching, e-learnings, begeleiding op de werkvloer, multidisciplinaire samenwerking en ontwikkelmogelijkheden die aansluiten bij jouw leerdoelen en ambities. We rekenen op jouw leergierigheid, inlevingsvermogen, zelfstandigheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je werkt patiëntgericht, zorgvuldig en bent gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de klinische zorg.
