Vacature Klinisch Psycholoog bij de PEP Groep Noordwijk Jouw nieuwe baan Een veelzijdige functie als KP-er in een jong en dynamisch team waarin alle facetten van het KP-schap ruim aan bod komen: regiebehandelaarschap, opleiden, innovatie etc., daarbij rekening houdend met de voorkeuren en expertise van onze aanstaande collega KP. Hoeveel je werkt, welke dagen (indien gewenst ook deels online beschikbaarheid/participatie) en mogelijk andere zaken die voor jouw relevant zijn, bespreken we graag. Jouw nieuwe werkplek De PEP Groep is een GGZ-instelling met verschillende locaties in de Duin- en Bollenstreek, die valt te typeren als een gezond verstand club met een prettige collegiale werksfeer. Het team biedt ambulante zorg aan Volwassenen en Ouderen en Kinderen en Jeugdigen in zowel de Basis GGZ als de Specialistische GGZ, waarbij de volle breedte aan problematiek en behandelvormen aan de orde zijn. Regelmatig vinden er incompany trainingen, cursussen, workshops e.d. plaats waaraan je vanzelfsprekend ook kunt deelnemen. Wij hebben flexibel werken (zonder plezier geen effectiviteit!)) en clienttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel staan. We hebben een langere traditie aan succesvol opleiden BIG GZ in een positief leerklimaat. Voor de recentere KP opleidelingen, voor wie jij ook een belangrijk aanspreekpunt zult zijn, zijn er KP - collega's met wie je vruchtbaar kunt sparren. Wat breng je mee? Jij bent een enthousiaste klinisch psycholoog met minimaal 5 jaar je BIG-registratie, die graag bijdraagt aan een instelling die zich blijft ontwikkelen. Je werkt graag in een multidisciplinair team, je voelt je vertrouwd in de rol als hoofdbehandelaar en hebt - in de brede zin des woords- affiniteit met innovatie. Verder ben je empathisch en oplossingsgericht. En relativeringsvermogen (humor!)) maakt het werken met cliënten en collega's ook een stuk prettiger.
