In het team Amsterdam Jongvolwassenen werk je samen met gedreven collega's om jongvolwassenen (18 t/m 25 jaar) goede zorg te bieden. Bij Dokter Bosman vinden we het belangrijk dat je de ruimte krijgt om je vak uit te oefenen, jezelf te ontwikkelen en samen met collega's goede zorg neer te zetten. Over Dokter Bosman Bij Dokter Bosman krijg je de vrijheid om behandelingen vorm te geven en samen met cliënten te werken aan duurzaam herstel. We kijken verder dan klachten alleen en werken vanuit positieve gezondheid, waarbij eigen regie en kwaliteit van leven centraal staan. Je behandelt jongvolwassen cliënten binnen de specialistische GGZ met uiteenlopende hulpvragen, waaronder ADHD, ASS, stemmings-, angst en dwangstoornissen, trauma en milde persoonlijkheidsproblematiek. Daarbij werk je systeemgericht en heb je oog voor de context waarin cliënten leven. Behandelingen die wij uitvoeren: cognitieve gedragstherapie (CGT), acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), traumabehandeling (EMDR, Narratieve exposure therapie, imaginaire exposure/rescripting), (kortdurende) schematherapie, psycho-educatie, met aanvullend farmacotherapie. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken een collega met affiniteit voor het werken met jongvolwassenen, die vanuit tempo, flexibiliteit en doelgerichtheid behandeling op maat biedt. Je werkt transdiagnostisch en systeemgericht, en richt je op praktische, meetbare stappen die cliënten en hun netwerk helpen weer regie te krijgen over het dagelijks leven. Ervaring of belangstelling voor groepsbehandeling en systeemtherapie is een pré.
