Wil je je expertise inzetten voor hoogwaardige behandelingen én meewerken aan de doorontwikkeling van ons behandelaanbod? Lees dan verder! Dit ga je doen Als klinisch psycholoog bij PsyQ Goes werk je in een multidisciplinair team en neem je het voortouw in de ontwikkeling van ons diagnostiek- en behandelaanbod. Je diagnosticeert complexe problematiek, bepaalt welke behandeling is geïndiceerd en voert zowel individuele als groepsbehandelingen uit. Daarnaast heb je een adviserende rol en superviseer je collega's, zodat we optimaal aansluiten bij de behoeften van onze doelgroep: ADHD, angst, depressie, persoonlijkheidsproblematiek en psychotrauma. Ons team kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen, een open sfeer en veel ruimte om van elkaar te leren. Samen zorgen we voor een effectieve en cliëntgerichte aanpak. Dit ben jij - BIG-geregistreerd klinisch psycholoog; - Initiatiefrijk, resultaatgericht en een echte teamspeler; - In staat om vraaggericht en beleidsmatig te werken; - Je staat stevig in je schoenen en denkt in kansen en mogelijkheden. Een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) is vereist. Referenties en diploma's worden gecontroleerd. Wij bieden - Een functie voor 24-36 uur per week met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - Een marktconform salaris tussen € 7002,- en € 9725,- (FWG 75) per 1 juli, op basis van een werkweek van 36 uur; - Flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken; - Een goed bereikbare locatie tegenover het station van Goes met parkeergelegenheid; - Een professioneel en collegiaal werkklimaat met ruimte voor ontwikkeling.
