Een bijzonder moment om in te stappen. Wil jij als klinisch psycholoog jouw expertise inzetten in een nieuwe manier van werken? En spreekt het je aan om specialistische psychologische kennis dichtbij de cliënt én dichtbij collega's te organiseren? In september start GGZ Rivierduinen in Gouda met een nieuwe manier van werken. Binnen onze Dichtbijteams brengen we ambulante psychiatrie, specialistische poliklinische zorg, ouderenpsychiatrie en jeugdexpertise samen. We willen de zorg dichter bij de leefwereld van cliënten organiseren: integraal, herstelgericht en in verbinding met hun netwerk. Als klinisch psycholoog krijg je binnen deze ontwikkeling een belangrijke inhoudelijke en verbindende rol. Als klinisch psycholoog bij het Dichtbijteam krijg je de kans om jouw expertise in te zetten voor cliënten met complexe en ernstige psychiatrische problematiek. Je combineert inhoudelijke diepgang met een brede blik: je kijkt niet alleen naar psychische klachten, maar naar de cliënt als geheel en naar wat nodig is om herstel en ontwikkeling mogelijk te maken. Je werkt vanuit een herstelgerichte visie en sluit aan bij de doelen, mogelijkheden en leefwereld van de cliënt. Als regiebehandelaar heb je een belangrijke rol in het vormgeven van de zorg. Je brengt jouw expertise in bij diagnostiek, indicatiestelling en behandeling en zorgt samen met het multidisciplinaire team voor een heldere koers en passende zorg. Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om mee te bouwen. De Dichtbijteams zijn volop in ontwikkeling. We zoeken daarom een klinisch psycholoog die niet alleen weet wat goede psychologische zorg is, maar ook nieuwsgierig is naar hoe we die zorg anders, dichterbij en meer in sam...
