The posting

Het Centrum Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg Brussel richt zich tot kinderen, volwassenen en ouderen met een psychische en psychiatrische problematiek. CGG Brussel is een tweedelijnsvoorziening en biedt gespecialiseerde, ambulante hulpverlening.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste klinisch psycholoog en psychotherapeut voor ons team Volwassenen. Je komt terecht in een warm team dat gewend is om complexe problematieken te behandelen. Het is onze visie om vanuit een diversiteit aan therapeutische kaders en disciplines samen te werken rond een cliënt(systeem). Het team bestaat uit een mooie mix van jongere en meer ervaren therapeuten.

In je functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor indicatiestellingen en psychotherapie. Je hebt contacten met de cliënten zelf, hun systeem, verwijzers en mantelzorgers, op de dienst en uitzonderlijk in hun thuismilieu. Daarnaast speel je flexibel in op nieuwe bewegingen in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Je zet mee je schouders onder zorgvernieuwing en werkt actief mee aan initiatieven van continue kwaliteitsverbetering.

We zoeken een psycholoog die:

  • Beschikt over een diploma master in de psychologie of orthopedagogie, optie klinische psychologie
  • Bij voorkeur beschikt over een therapieopleiding
  • Ervan houdt om in een multidisciplinair team te werken en de nodige zelfstandigheid heeft
  • Affiniteit heeft met de multiculturele realiteit van Brussel
  • Bereid is om met tolken te werken
  • Bereid is tot avondwerk (1 avond/week tot 20u op dinsdag of woensdag)
  • Stressbestendig is en een flexibele en outreachende werkhouding heeft
  • Een cultuursensitieve en genderinclusieve basishouding heeft
  • Het vermogen heeft om verschillende perspectieven te hanteren en een open en nieuwsgierige houding aanneemt
  • Helder, respectvol en vlot kan communiceren
  • Het Nederlands perfect beheerst (kennis van andere talen is een meerwaarde)
