Dit ga je doen Op onze locatie aan de Max Eeuwelaan in Rotterdam-Kralingen bieden wij gespecialiseerde zorg aan mensen met een bipolaire stoornis. Binnen ons team krijg je volop ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten en een betekenisvolle bijdrage te leveren aan het herstel van onze cliënten. Je werkt met mensen in verschillende fasen van hun stoornis en speelt een sleutelrol in diagnostiek, individuele psychotherapie en systemische interventies. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over behandelbeleid en vernieuwing in de zorg, zodat we samen blijven bouwen aan de best mogelijke behandeling. Ons team is hecht en multidisciplinair, met psychiaters, SPV'ers, VS'ers en ANIOS'en die nauw samenwerken. Professionaliteit, vertrouwen en respect voor ieders vakkennis vormen de basis van ons werk. Samen bieden we hoogwaardige, herstelgerichte zorg en creëren we een omgeving waarin zowel cliënten als collega's zich gehoord en gesteund voelen. De werkzaamheden: - uitvoeren van diagnostiek en behandelingen bij cliënten met een bipolaire stoornis en co-morbide problematiek; - participeren in multidisciplinaire overleggen en bijdragen aan een gezamenlijk behandelplan; - meedenken over behandelinnovatie en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen het team; - eventueel begeleiden van basispsychologen of stagiaires (afhankelijk van ervaring en interesse). Dit ben jij - je hebt een BIG geregistreerd als klinisch psycholoog en je hebt affiniteit en ervaring met cliënten met bipolaire stoornissen; - je werkt graag multidisciplinair en vindt samenwerking essentieel; - je bent nieuwsgierig, reflectief en gewend...
