Dit ga je doen Je combineert de rol van diagnosticus met die van behandelaar in het team van PsyQ. Het is ook mogelijk om behandelingen bij Brijder te doen. Het betreft een combifunctie regiebehandelaar/psychodiagnosticus. Bij een fulltime dienstverband betekent dit een 50/50 verdeling over beide afdelingen (op dezelfde locatie). Ook een kleiner dienstverband op slechts één van de twee afdelingen is mogelijk, evenals een combinatie met alleen Brijder. Als psychodiagnosticus op het PDC ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - het uitvoeren van complexe, uitgebreide psychodiagnostiek bij cliënten met zowel overmatig middelengebruik/gokken als comorbide problematiek. Dit bestaat onder andere uit neuropsychologisch onderzoek, intelligentieonderzoek, persoonlijkheidsonderzoek en onderzoek naar bijvoorbeeld ontwikkelingsproblematiek; - bij voorkeur speel je ook een rol in de werkbegeleiding en/of supervisie van medewerkers in opleiding. Als regiebehandelaar op de ambulante afdeling bestaan je werkzaamheden uit: - het uitvoeren van behandelingen bij cliënten met psychische problematiek, waaronder trauma gerelateerde klachten, angst- en stemmingsstoornissen, ADHD en persoonlijkheidsproblematiek; - het voeren van adviesgesprekken met cliënten naar aanleiding van de intake en indicatiestelling; - het bewaken van de behandeltrajecten van cliënten, waarvoor jij verantwoordelijk bent; - deelname aan MDO's, teamvergaderingen en intervisie; - ook binnen deze functie is het mogelijk om een rol te spelen in de werkbegeleiding en/of supervisie van collega's in opleiding.
