The posting

Bij Workplace Options kom je terecht in een warm en professioneel team van ±23 psychologen in België (NL & FR), met ruimte voor samenwerking, supervisie en groei.

We hebben momenteel zowel vacatures voor fulltime (38 uur per week) als voor parttime (30 uur per week) functies. Deze functie kan hybride of volledig op afstand door middel van thuiswerk (afhankelijk van uw locatie) ingevuld worden. Ons kantoor is gesitueerd in de Krijgslaan 6, 9000 Gent.

Salaris: € 3.591,95 bruto per maand plus een aantrekkelijk pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bieden van onmiddellijke ondersteuning (“in the moment support”) via telefoon
  • Evalueren van de klinische geschiktheid voor het opstarten van een kortdurend begeleidingstraject (gemiddeld 5–10 sessies), volgens een oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Collaboratief inschatten van de noden van cliënten en bepalen welke diensten/hulp hier best bij aansluiten
  • Werken met een brede waaier aan thema’s zoals burn-out, stress, relaties, gezin, werkgerelateerde uitdagingen, etc.
  • Toepassen van evidence-based interventies (CGT, oplossingsgericht werken, motivational interviewing,...)
  • Omgaan met cliënten in kwetsbare of risicovolle situaties en indien nodig een safety plan opstellen
  • Betrokken zijn bij crisisinterventie en zorgen voor een warme en veilige overdracht naar externe hulp (bv. hulpdiensten, huisarts, mobiel crisisteam)
  • Documenteren van klinische inschattingen, interventies en opvolgacties op een duidelijke en professionele manier

Profiel:

  • Master in klinische psychologie
  • Erkend bij de psychologencommissie, visum klinsich psycholoog FOD
  • Goede luistervaardigheden bezitten en klinische interventies gericht op korte termijn kunnen aanbieden, zoals CGT, Motivational Interviewing en oplossingsgerichte technieken.
  • Counselling kunnen geven in het Nederlands
  • Goede beheersing van het Engels
  • Opleiding of ervaring in crisisinterventie en ondersteuning van cliënten met een hoog risico is een pluspunt
  • Het vermogen om te werken met cliënten met risico’s rond middelenmisbruik, crisissituaties, psychische symptomen en/of familie-/relatiegerelateerde problemen die van invloed zijn op de persoonlijke of werkprestaties
  • Gepassioneerd over het bieden van ondersteuning en counseling, mogelijks aan cliënten die zich overal ter wereld kunnen situeren
  • Cultuur sensitief werken met onze cliënten
  • Bekwaam zijn in het gebruiken van de verschillende manieren waarop mensen met ons in contact kunnen treden: telefoon, video, e-mail, sms en live chat
