Wij zijn Human Concern , een gespecialiseerde GGZ instelling voor eetstoornissen die evidence based interventies waaronder CGT, schematherapie en EMDR combineert met inzet van je eigen levens-/herstelervaring. Bij Human Concern geloven we in een holistische benadering waarin niet enkel gefocust wordt op de symptomen van de eetstoornis, maar ook veel aandacht is voor de functie van de eetstoornis, de triggers en instandhoudende factoren. We werken met een specifieke groep cliënten die bewust voor onze therapeutische behandelvisie kiezen en daarvoor ook de benodigde motivatie inbrengen. Onafhankelijk onderzoek toont aan dat werken vanuit gelijkwaardig, wezenlijk contact een bepalende factor kan zijn voor het succesvol behandelen van eetstoornissen. Vanuit de visie van Human Concern werken wij hiervoor met Ervaringsprofessionals, dit zijn o.a. GGZ-agogen en basispsychologen die zelf zijn hersteld van een eetstoornis of een vergelijkbaar life changing event en hebben geleerd om deze ervaring professioneel in te zetten tijdens de behandeling. Als klinisch psycholoog ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het leveren van kwalitatief hoge en effectieve zorg door je inhoudelijke expertise. Het team in Tilburg bestaat uit 16 collega's. Het team bestaat uit 9 basispsychologen en GGZ agogen, twee regiebehandelaren, een arts, een systeemtherapeut, een diëtist en een front office medewerker.
