Dit ga je doen Bij PsyQ Beverwijk werk je binnen de specialistische ggz, waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Als belangrijke kernlocatie in de regio dragen we een grote verantwoordelijkheid in het bieden van hoogwaardige zorg aan cliënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek, vaak in combinatie met maatschappelijke uitdagingen. De diversiteit en complexiteit van onze casuïstiek vraagt om professionals die verder durven kijken dan standaardoplossingen. Als klinisch psycholoog krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over hoe we onze zorg het beste kunnen inrichten. Je hebt invloed op het beleid en de vrijheid om je expertise op jouw manier in te zetten. We kijken naar het grotere plaatje, zodat we niet alleen de symptomen behandelen, maar echt begrijpen wat er speelt. Dat maakt het werk hier uitdagend én betekenisvol. Werkplezier staat voorop: we ondersteunen elkaar, delen kennis en blijven samen ontwikkelen. Hier werk je niet alleen, maar als onderdeel van een team dat samen sterker wordt. De werkzaamheden: - het geven van individuele psychotherapie en het verzorgen van groepspsychotherapie, samen met een collega; - deelnemen aan de multidisciplinaire casuïstiekbesprekingen; - je geeft werkbegeleiding en/of supervisie aan collega's, eventueel ook in het kader van opleidingsintakes en diagnostiek; - een bijdrage leveren aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het behandelaanbod. Dit ben jij - BIG-geregistreerd als klinisch psycholoog; - je hebt ervaring met groepsbehandeling en CGT, aangevuld met schematherapie, EMDR/IE of IMRS; - andere psychotherapeutische stromingen zijn een pre; - je houdt van samenwerken in teamverband en neemt graag initiatief om ...
