Je werkt in een enthousiast en multidisciplinair team, waarin je actief bijdraagt aan onze visie op herstelgerichte zorg.Je vervult de rol van regiebehandelaar en bewaakt de kwaliteit van zowel het behandelproces als de behandelplannen van mede-behandelaren. Je biedt zelf behandeling aan cliënten, voert intakes uit en verricht (complexe) diagnostiek. Als specialist zet je jouw expertise in op een manier die zowel enthousiast als geroutineerd is. Je ondersteunt cliënten in hun herstelproces door samen te werken aan het hervinden van hoop, het versterken van hun identiteit en het (her)ontdekken van zingeving. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de diagnose: je werkt transdiagnostisch en betrekt het systeem rondom de cliënt, omdat je gelooft dat duurzaam herstel ontstaat in relatie. Je stimuleert eigen regie en helpt cliënten verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun leven. Zo draag je bij aan herstel dat niet alleen gericht is op het verminderen van klachten, maar ook ruimte biedt voor betekenis, perspectief en groei. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de behandelcoördinator en andere regiebehandelaren aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de kwaliteit van zorg, de organisatie en werkprocessen. Je geeft met plezier en vakmanschap werkbegeleiding en supervisie aan collega's en draagt zo actief bij aan hun professionele groei.
