The posting

We proberen mensen niet te lang te laten wachten. Ook niet wie enkel 's avonds of in het weekend kan. Wie voltijds werkt of via zijn werkgever bij ons komt, kan vaak alleen op momenten waarop de meeste praktijken gesloten zijn. Voor kinderen en jongeren geldt dat nog sterker: die zitten overdag op school. Bij ons kan het wel, en we maken er nu extra ruimte voor.

Als zelfstandig klinisch psycholoog of orthopedagoog begeleid je volwassenen, of kinderen en jongeren, afhankelijk van waar je expertise ligt. Bij volwassenen gaat het vaak om stress en burn-out, angst- en stemmingsklachten. Bij kinderen en jongeren over angst, gedrag, schoolse moeilijkheden en vragen rond ontwikkeling.

Je werkt vanuit een evidence-based, gedragstherapeutisch kader, in onze praktijk in Hasselt of online binnen een blended zorgmodel.

Daarnaast is er werk dat je zelf kiest, af te stemmen in onderling overleg en in overeenstemming met je interesses:

  • Uitwerken van behandeltrajecten
  • Diagnostiek, onder meer rond ontwikkelingsvragen zoals ASS en ADHD
  • Oudergesprekken en gezinsbegeleiding
  • Begeleiding bij re-integratie na ziekte
  • Workshops en trainingen rond mentale gezondheid
  • Betaalde supervisie van collega's
  • Taken of begeleiding in het kader van onze onderzoeksactiviteiten

Hoeveel je opneemt, bepaal je zelf. Eén dagdeel per week is genoeg.

Je komt terecht in een team met senior supervisoren naast onderzoekers, en collega's die evengoed aan een studie meewerken als aan een therapietraject. Vakmanschap en innovatie gaan bij ons hand in hand: onze eigen diagnostische en therapeutische tools bestaan omdat therapeuten en onderzoekers hier aan dezelfde tafel zitten.

• Master klinische psychologie of klinische orthopedagogiek

• Visum en erkenning bij de FOD Volksgezondheid

• Ingeschreven of inschrijfbaar bij de Psychologencommissie

• Psychotherapeutische opleiding afgerond of lopend

• Zelfstandigenstatuut in hoofd- of bijberoep, of bereid dat op te starten

• Bereid om minstens een avond per week of een zaterdagvoormiddag te werken

Pluspunten: cognitieve gedragstherapie (CGT), systeem- of relatietherapie, integratieve psychotherapie, eerstelijnspsychologische zorg (ELP), interesse in welzijn op het werk, ervaring met blended care, of de mogelijkheid tot neuropsychologisch onderzoek.
