The posting

Voor uitbreiding van ons team in Sint-Niklaas zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een extra psycholoog op zelfstandige basis. Je kiest zelf welke uren je wilt werken. Wij bieden voltijdse, deeltijdse of weekendshiften aan.

Om je een idee te geven: we hebben inmiddels 1305 hulpvragen afgehandeld en volgen momenteel 389 cliënten actief op. Extra handen zijn dus zeker welkom!

Het huidig team bestaat reeds uit

  • 1 arts-psychiater
  • 1 neuropsychologe
  • 2 klinisch psychologen
  • 1 relatietherapeut
  • 2 EMDR traumatherapeuten
  • 2 psychologisch consulenten
  • 2 secretariaatsmedewerkers

We behandelen voornamelijk psychologische hulpvragen van volwassenen. Daarnaast hebben we onze eigen interne afdeling voor psychodiagnostiek (ADHD/ADD/ASS onderzoeken) en een arts-psychiater in het team.

Als psycholoog/psychotherapeut werk je onder een zelfstandig statuut en ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het voeren van intakegesprekken met nieuwe cliënten om hun hulpvragen en probleemstukken te verkennen en in kaart te brengen.
  • Het opmaken van geschikte behandelplannen om een gepaste zorgverlening te bieden die in lijn ligt met de wensen van de cliënt.
  • Het voorzien van de nodige interne of externe doorverwijzingen naar hulpverleners (samenwerken met huisartsen, WZC, PAAZ,..)
  • Het 2-maandelijks bijwonen van een intervisiegroep om casussen te bespreken.
  • Het bijhouden van een elektronisch cliëntendossier en het opmaken van gespreksverslagen.
  • Je voorziet zelf je boekhouding/facturatie. Wij voorzien eenvoudige agendasoftware en elektronische cliëntendossiers.
  • Het zelf effectief behandelen van cliënten met thema’s zoals identiteit, trauma, suïcide enz.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Belgisch Masterdiploma in Klinische Psychologie of een erkende therapieopleiding.
  • Voor psychologen: je beschikt op het moment van opstart over een visumnummer en inschrijving bij Compsy
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al 2jaar ervaring in het werken met cliënten/patiënten, een stage telt voor ons ook mee.
  • Je bent bereid om in 9100 Sint-Niklaas te werken (Zamanstraat 37).
  • Je kunt 2 referenties bezorgen van supervisoren of mensen die met jou hebben samengewerkt.
  • Je kan een attest van goed gedrag en zeden, model 1 voorleggen (gratis op te vragen bij Gemeentehuis of Politie).
  • Je houdt van kwalitatief werk en legt jezelf continu onder de loep
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken zonder intensieve begeleiding (we voorzien 2-maandelijkse intervisiemomenten)
  • Helaas kunnen we geen stageplaatsen aanbieden.
