Dit ga je doen Het DCT-team is één van de nieuwste en meest innovatieve teams van Parnassia Haaglanden. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in Dialectische Gedragstherapie (DGT), crisismanagement en traumabehandeling en behandelen cliënten met complexe zorgvragen. Vaak gaat het om mensen die een combinatie van verschillende stoornissen hebben. Houd je ervan om te werken in een professioneel, multidisciplinair team dat complexe zorg niet uit de weg gaat? Dan zit je bij ons goed. Samen behandel je cliënten met chronische suïcidaliteit en meervoudige problematiek via DGT, traumabehandeling en een Crisis Management Plan en met Bed Op Recept (BOR). Je werkt nauw samen met de Acute Keten, wijkteams, PsyQ en Youz in de regio Haaglanden. De gedachte is "jouw client is onze client". Zo help je cliënten, en hun naasten stap voor stap hun veerkracht terug te vinden, regie over hun leven te herwinnen en nieuw perspectief te ontdekken. Jouw werkzaamheden: - fungeren als regiebehandelaar binnen de intensieve traumadeeltijd en je bent uitvoerend behandelaar van een aantal cliënten; - je helpt de visie van het DCT-team verder vorm te geven, met focus op innovatie in traumabehandeling; - je geeft supervisie aan gz- en basispsychologen; - samen met collega's zorgen voor consultatie en indicatie voor cliënten, naasten en professionals, zodat de best haalbare behandeling wordt gereali...
