Dan past deze interim-opdracht als klinisch verloskundige bij jou. Jouw nieuwe baan Als klinisch verloskundige werk je op zzp-basis binnen de 2e lijn. Je verleent zowel acute als geplande verloskundige zorg onder verantwoordelijkheid van de gynaecoloog. Zwangeren en barenden vang je op in de verloskamer of triagekamer. Je neemt de anamnese af, doet onderzoek en stelt op basis daarvan een diagnose en behandelplan vast. Tijdens de bevalling bied je de zorg en begeleiding die op dat moment nodig zijn. In de zorg kijk je niet alleen naar moeder en kind afzonderlijk. Het gezin vormt het uitgangspunt. Dat sluit aan bij de manier waarop de zorg op deze afdeling is ingericht, waar obstetrische en neonatologische zorg nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Deze interim-opdracht voor klinisch verloskundige vindt plaats binnen een ziekenhuis op een centrum voor geboortezorg. De afdeling beschikt over 18 gezinssuites en 7 verloskamers. Op de gezinssuites blijven moeder en kind bij elkaar, ook wanneer een pasgeborene in een couveuse ligt. De teams voor neonatologie en obstetrie zijn geïntegreerd en werken intensief samen rondom het gezin. Je werkt binnen deze klinische omgeving onder verantwoordelijkheid van de gynaecoloog. Er is per direct behoefte aan versterking voor minimaal 6 maanden, met kans op verlenging. Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt een hbo-diploma Verloskunde. - Je hebt ervaring als verloskundige in een klinische setting. - Je bent besluitvaardig, flexibel en accuraat. - Samenwerken gaat je goed af en je onderschrijft de visie waarin ouders en kind samen centraal staan. - Je volgt vakinhoudelijke ontwikkelingen met interesse en draagt graag bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg.
