Met jouw rust, aandacht en professionele inzet bied jij ons veiligheid, stabiliteit en een waardevolle kwaliteit van leven. Jouw baan als Klinisch Verpleegkundige Als klinische verpleegkundige in de gehandicaptenzorg sta je stevig in je schoenen en zet je jouw kennis en kunde in om cliënten de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. Je verleent verpleegtechnische zorg, zoals het delen van medicatie, het toedienen van medicatie via een sonde, blaasspoelen, darmspoelen, het geven van sondevoeding en het toedienen van zuurstof. Tegelijkertijd begeleid je cliënten op hun eigen niveau en kijk je wat zij nodig hebben om zich prettig en veilig te voelen. In jouw rol neem je de regie in de dagelijkse zorg en ben je een belangrijke schakel tijdens multidisciplinaire overleggen (MDO’s). Daarbij is goede communicatie onmisbaar: je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en hebt veel contact met cliënten én hun familie. Zo zorg je er samen voor dat de zorg niet alleen professioneel, maar ook persoonlijk en betrokken is. Jouw profiel Als klinisch verpleegkundige: Beschik je over een zorg gerelateerd diploma op mbo4. Sta je stevig in je schoenen, werk je zelfstandig en ben je besluitvaardig. Ben je betrokken en geduldig, met oog voor ieder individu. Houdt je je hoofd koel bij complexe situaties en kan je snel handelen. Wat krijg je van ons Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.951 - € 3.980 op basis van 36 uur, volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 40) Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg voor 24-32 uur per week Geen nachtdiensten, wél afwisseling in dag-, avond- en weekenddienst

De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
