Deine Aufgaben

* Psychologische Beratung und Begleitung der Kinder und Jugendlichen während ihres Aufenthalts im Krisenzentrum

* Krisenintervention und Unterstützung bei der emotionalen Stabilisierung

* Durchführung von Einzelgesprächen und altersgerechten psychologischen Interventionen

* Psychologische Einschätzung und Beobachtung der aktuellen Situation und des Entwicklungsstandes

* Durchführung psychologischer Diagnostik nach Bedarf

* Eltern- und Familiengespräche

* Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung individueller Bewältigungsstrategien und Ressourcen

* Durchführung bzw. Begleitung von Skills-, Sozialkompetenz- und Selbstregulationstrainings

* Fachliche Beratung und Unterstützung des pädagogischen Betreuungsteams

* Aktive Mitarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team und Teilnahme an Fallbesprechungen

* Dokumentation, fallbezogene Einschätzungen und fachliches Reporting

Dein Profil

* Erfahrung in Krisenintervention, psychologischer Diagnostik oder therapeutischer Arbeit von Vorteil

* Hohes Maß an Empathie, Belastbarkeit und professioneller Beziehungsgestaltung

* Sicheres und wertschätzendes Auftreten auch in herausfordernden Situationen

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Arbeit im multiprofessionellen Team

Unser Angebot

* 15-23 Wochenstunden

* Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und Fortbildung

* Bezahlung gemäß SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, Verwendungsgruppe IX/1. Das Mindestentgelt beträgt EUR 3.886,80 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (37 Wochenstunden).
