Als Mitarbeiter*in von SOS-Kinderdorf begleitest du Kinder und Jugendliche in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben und machst dich für ihre Rechte und Anliegen stark!

Im Rahmen des Pflegeelterndienstes/Krisenpflegeelterndienstes unterstützt du Familien fachlich und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Qualität im Kärntner Pflegeelternwesen mit. 1 Klinische*r Psycholog*in im (Krisen-)Pflegeelterndienst (m/w/d) Arbeitsort: Moosburg/Villach

Ausmaß: 20 Stunden pro Woche

Deine Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit im Expert*innenteam zur Qualitätsentwicklung in Pflege- und Krisenpflegefamilien

* Fachliche Beratung und Begleitung von Pflege- und Krisenpflegefamilien laut Konzept

* Unterstützung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Pflegeeltern bei pädagogischen und psychologischen Fragestellungen

* Mitwirkung bei Fortbildungs- und Angebotsaufträgen laut Konzept

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch im multiprofessionellen Team auf Standort- und Regionsebene

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Klinische*r Psycholog*in und Gesundheitspsycholog*in

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien

* Freude und Engagement in der Begleitung von Pflegeeltern, Kindern und Jugendlichen

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Reflexionsfähigkeit, Team- und Kommunikationskompetenz

* Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zu kontinuierlicher Fort- und Weiterbildung

Was dich erwartet

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 20 Wochenstunden zwischen € 1.913,56 und € 2.272,88. Für eine exakte Berechnung werden die Vordienstzeiten berücksichtigt.
