Wij zoeken een Allround Technisch Medewerker die mee zorgt voor een veilige, nette en perfect functionerende werkomgeving. Van kleine technische interventies tot het begeleiden van aannemers: jij bent een onmisbare schakel binnen het facility team.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Allround Technisch Medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor uiteenlopende technische en facilitaire opdrachten. Je houdt gebouwen en installaties in topconditie en zorgt ervoor dat collega's hun werk zonder zorgen kunnen uitvoeren.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan kantoren, vergaderruimtes en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.
  • Oplossen van kleine elektrische, sanitaire en bouwkundige storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsinterventies aan technische installaties.
  • Vervangen van verlichting en uitvoeren van eenvoudige elektrische werkzaamheden.
  • Herstellen en afstellen van deuren, sloten, kasten en andere gebouwvoorzieningen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het onderhoud van automatische deuren en beveiligingsinstallaties.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine timmer-, montage- en loodgieterswerken.
  • Voorbereiden van vergaderzalen en ondersteunen bij evenementen.
  • Begeleiden van interne verhuisbewegingen en werkplekaanpassingen.
  • Vervangen van gasflessen in laboratoria.
  • Opvolgen van werkvergunningen en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Begeleiden van externe aannemers en toezien op een veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
  • Uitvoeren van veiligheids- en observatierondes en signaleren van verbeterpunten.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van werkopdrachten via het werkordersysteem.
  • Ondersteunen bij afvalbeheer en recyclageprocessen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een praktische doener met een technische achtergrond. Je ziet werk, denkt in oplossingen en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring in technisch onderhoud, facility management of gebouwbeheer.
  • Een brede technische kennis van gebouwen en installaties.
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, orde en netheid.
  • Een sterke focus op veiligheid.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en basiskennis Engels.
  • Een geldig VCA-attest.
  • Een geldig BA4- of BA5-attest.
  • Een heftruckattest.
  • Een attest voor het werken met een hoogtewerker.
