Voor onze klant, een vaste waarde binnen de bouw, zijn we op zoek naar een Allround klusjesman:

Je krijgt een heel gevarieerde job!

  • Herstellen van elektrische storingen
  • Kleine loodgieterswerken
  • Kleine onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan gebouwen
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen aan het machinepark
  • Smeren en reinigen volgens onderhoudsplan
  • Vervangen van lagers, motoren,…
  • Schilderwerken aan machines (o.a. roestbehandeling)
  • Registreren van alle uitgevoerde taken in het onderhoudssysteem
  • Kleine onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan heftrucks, trekkers, aanhangwagens…
  • Onderhoud van de tuin en het terrein, instaan voor de algemene orde en netheid van de site
  • Reinigen en proper houden van looppaden en gevels (stofvrij, mosvrij, …)
  • Uitvoeren van gebouwcontroles en detecteren van onopgemerkte defecten
  • Opvolgen van de werking van de waterzuiveringsinstallatie
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren aan andere delen van het patrimonium
  • Voertuigen wegbrengen en ophalen
  • Ophalen en wegbrengen van materialen voor de technische dienst

Profiel

  • Algemene kennis van residentiële elektriciteit en loodgieterij
  • Een goed mechanisch inzicht en bij voorkeur basiskennis lassen
  • Het vermogen om elektrische schema’s en technische tekeningen te lezen en te begrijpen
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands, en bij voorkeur een basis Frans en Engels
  • Een goede fysieke conditie en geen hoogtevrees
  • Zelfstandigheid en een proactieve werkhouding
  • Rijbewijs B. Attesten voor rolbrug, hoogwerker/schaarlift of heftruck zijn een plus
  • De vaardigheid om herstellingen correct schriftelijk of elektronisch te registreren
