Ben jij een handige Harry of Henriette die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Hou je van afwisseling, werk je graag zelfstandig en heb je een goed technisch inzicht? Dan ben jij misschien de nieuwe MacGyver die ons Be-Housing-team zoekt!

Als klusjesman zorg je ervoor dat onze gebouwen en voorzieningen in topconditie blijven. Je werkt hoofdzakelijk in regio Leuven, maar springt occassioneel bij in Brussel en Mechelen.

Geen dag is hetzelfde – de ene dag vervang je een kraan of herstel je een slot, de andere dag zet je een kast in elkaar of werk je een muur bij.

Jouw taken:

  • Onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uitvoeren aan gebouwen (siliconen bijwerken, bedden monteren, spiegels ophangen, sloten vervangen, kookplaten plaatsen, deuren en plinten monteren,
  • Kleine renovaties uitvoeren (spatwanden betegelen, schilderwerken, plamuren, muren afschuren, …).
  • Sanitaire en elektrische installaties controleren en storingen of lekkages oplossen (lampen vervangen, stopcontacten plaatsen, elektrische storingen verhelpen, wasbakken ontstoppen, sifons, kranen of wc-brillen vervangen, spotjes plaatsen, boilers herstellen,…).
  • Administratief verwerken van uitgevoerde werken en je werkplanning.
  • Ondersteunen van de werfleider of collega’s bij grotere werken of projecten.
  • Je bent een handige en gedreven klusser met gezond verstand.
  • Je hebt kennis of ervaring in verschillende technische domeinen zoals elektriciteit, sanitair en algemene onderhoudswerken.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je zoekt een flexijob voor 2 à 3 dagen per week.
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en werkt nauwkeurig, ook bij administratieve taken.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer om je te verplaatsen tussen onze gebouwen.
