The posting

Als kluskracht zorg je ervoor dat alles goed werkt en netjes blijft in ons gemeenschapscentrum. Je werkt graag met je handen en houdt van variatie in je takenpakket. Dankzij jou verlopen al onze activiteiten en evenementen veilig en zonder problemen.

Dit zijn enkele voorbeelden van wat je gaat doen:

Technische klussen en onderhoud

  • Kleine reparaties en verfwerken uitvoeren in het gemeenschapscentrum.
  • Basistaken techniek uitvoeren: microfoons aansluiten, beamer instellen.
  • Groene zones onderhouden: gras maaien, planten verzorgen, bladeren opruimen.
  • Materialen na uitleen controleren. Bij schade of verlies rapporteren en/of herstellen.
  • Externe firma’s en technische diensten van VGC begeleiden bij keuringen en herstellingen.

Logistieke taken

  • Materialen vervoeren, laden en lossen.
  • Lokalen klaarzetten en opruimen bij activiteiten.
  • Bij evenementen: logistieke ondersteuning bieden, helpen met op- en afbouw.

Orde en netheid

  • Technische ruimtes en werkgereedschap onderhouden en op orde houden.
  • Frigo's met dranken ordelijk houden, en aanvullen, voorraden en leeggoed beheren.

Polyvalentie

  • Bezoekers ontvangen met een glimlach. Hun vragen beantwoorden of doorverwijzen naar de juiste persoon.
  • Folders of brieven rondbrengen in de gemeente.
  • Kleine boodschappen doen in de buurt.
  • Inspringen als collega’s afwezig zijn of als er extra poetshulp nodig is.
  • Meehelpen bij of na activiteiten in het gemeenschapscentrum.
  • Soms ook 's avonds of in het weekend werken (gemiddeld 1 keer per maand).

Je hebt maximaal een diploma van het lager secundair onderwijs.

Belangrijke vaardigheden voor deze functie

  • Je hebt een basiskennis van het Nederlands (minimaal A2-niveau: je begrijpt instructies en je kunt spreken met collega’s of bezoekers. Je bent bereid Nederlandse lessen te volgen om je niveau te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt veilig en zelfstandig.
  • Je houdt de werkplanning bij en voert taken op tijd uit.
  • Een rijbewijs B is een plus
  • Je past je makkelijk aan bij veranderende situaties of taken.

Aanwervingsvoorwaarden

Geco gerechtigd zijn. (referentienummer vacature = 5875890)

Om in aanmerking te komen voor het geco-statuut moet je binnen het Brussels hoofdstedelijk gewest wonen én

  • 6 maanden ingeschreven zijn als niet-werkende werkzoekende gedurende het jaar dat de aanstelling vooraf gaat;
  • of 1 dag volledig uitkeringsgerechtigd zijn, indien u ouder bent dan 40 jaar;
  • of reeds werken binnen een geco-contract.
