Voor een vooruitstrevend bedrijf in regio Aalter zijn we op zoek naar een Boekhouder (24u).

Ben jij een ervaren boekhoudkundige professional die graag zelfstandig werkt binnen een dynamische KMO? Zoek je een veelzijdige functie waarin je de financiële administratie van A tot Y/Z beheert en een belangrijke rol speelt binnen een ondernemende organisatie? Dan kan deze opportuniteit zeker iets voor jou zijn.

Binnen deze functie krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, autonomie en vertrouwen. Je wordt dé financiële spilfiguur van de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat de boekhouding correct, tijdig en nauwkeurig wordt beheerd in nauwe samenwerking met de externe accountant.

Jobomschrijving

Boekhouding

Je staat in voor het dagelijkse beheer van de volledige boekhouding en zorgt voor een correcte voorbereiding van alle financiële dossiers.

  • Volledig beheer van de dagelijkse boekhouding.
  • Controleren en inboeken van aankoopfacturen.
  • Opstellen en controleren van verkoopfacturatie.
  • Opvolgen en uitvoeren van betalingen.
  • Beheer van debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes.
  • Uitvoeren van periodieke controles en reconciliaties.
  • Verzekeren van een correcte en volledige boekhoudkundige administratie.
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers voor afsluitingen en jaarrekening.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de externe accountant.

Ondersteunende HR-administratie

Daarnaast ondersteun je bij enkele administratieve HR-processen.

  • Opvolgen van prestaties.
  • Beheer van personeelsdossiers en arbeidsovereenkomsten.
  • Verwerken van verloven, afwezigheden en sociale documenten.
  • Correct doorgeven van prestaties aan het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Controleren van loonadministratie en bijhorende documenten.

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een sterke boekhoudkundige achtergrond en meerdere jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Je kan zelfstandig een volledige KMO-boekhouding beheren.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van btw-regelgeving en boekhoudkundige processen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met de voorbereiding van afsluitingen en de samenwerking met een externe accountant.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en werkt proactief en zelfstandig.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met HR-administratie.
  • Ervaring binnen een KMO-omgeving.
  • Kennis van Octopus.
  • Affiniteit met de technische sector of bouwsector.
  • Basiskennis Frans.
