Knipper / Kanter Almelo Als Knipper Kanter bewerk je metalen onderdelen volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties. Je stelt de machines in en controleert zelf of het resultaat klopt. - Je knipt, kant en vormt onderdelen van staal en aluminium; - Je stelt CNC-gestuurde knip- en kantbanken in en bedient deze zelfstandig; - Je werkt vanaf technische tekeningen en productspecificaties; - Je controleert de afmetingen en kwaliteit van de gemaakte onderdelen; - Je ondersteunt bij intern transport en lichte laswerkzaamheden; - Je herkent afwijkingen en past instellingen aan wanneer dat nodig is; - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in werkmethodes en het productieproces. Functie eisen Als Knipper Kanter werk je nauwkeurig en kun je technische informatie goed toepassen op de werkvloer. Je controleert je eigen werk en pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op. - Je hebt ervaring in de metaalbewerking of bent bereid het vak te leren; - Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en toepassen; - Je werkt zelfstandig en controleert de kwaliteit van je werk; - Je hebt een heftruckcertificaat of bent bereid dit te behalen; - Je bent 30 tot 38 uur per week beschikbaar. Organisatie omschrijving Werk jij graag met metaal en zie je graag direct resultaat van je werk? Als Knipper Kanter maak je metalen onderdelen op maat met knip- en kantmachines. Je werkt vanaf technische tekeningen en zorgt dat ieder onderdeel de juiste vorm en afmetingen krijgt. Jouw werk vormt daarmee een belangrijke basis voor de verdere bouw van autotransporters. Je gaat aan de slag bij een opdrachtgever die autotransporters ontwikkelt en bouwt voor klanten in heel Europa. Op de werkvloer werken verschillende vakmensen samen om ieder voertuig volgens de juiste specificaties te produceren. Daarbij draait het om nauwkeurig werken, duidelijke afspraken en vakmanschap.
