Der Fernblick ist mehr als ein Hotel - es ist ein Ort für besondere Momente. Mit vier Bars, einem wetterfesten Außenbereich, einem atemberaubenden Panoramablick und einer Kirche direkt nebenan bieten wir den perfekten Rahmen für Hochzeiten, Events, Tagungen und Teambuildings. Unsere Location ist exklusiv von Mai bis Oktober buchbar, in der Nebensaison betreiben wir ein charmantes Hotel mit Restaurantbetrieb für unsere Hausgäste.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine_n engagierte_n 1 Koch I Köchin Ihre Aufgaben:

* Zubereitung unseres Frühstücksbuffets für Veranstaltungen, Hochzeiten

und Seminare

* Kochen für kleinere Gruppen (15-20 Personen)

* Unterstützung bei Seminaren, Hochzeiten und Veranstaltungen

* Vor- und Nachbereitung der Küche

* Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien sowie aller Hygiene- und

Qualitätsstandards

* Warenbestellung, Warenkontrolle und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

* Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Organisation der Küchenabläufe

* Zusammenarbeit mit einem motivierten Team in einem kreativen Umfeld

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Eventgastronomie von Vorteil

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist und Verlässlichkeit

* Sauberes und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten bei Veranstaltungen

* Flexibilität und Teamgeist
