Stellenbeschreibung Für unser neues Restaurant Ternell´s in Eupen suchen wir einen Koch, Jungkoch oder erfahrenen Küchenprofi (m/w/d). Die Eröffnung ist für den 01.05.2026 geplant. Wir verbinden regionale Küche mit moderner Leichtigkeit – schnell, hochwertig und perfekt abgestimmt auf ein stark besuchtes Ausflugsziel. Unser Ziel: Ternell’s als festen Ganzjahres-Spot etablieren. Gesucht wird eine Person, die von Anfang an beim Aufbau der Küche mitwirkt und – je nach Erfahrung – auch Verantwortung in leitender Funktion übernehmen kann.

Ihre Aufgaben • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau der Küchenstruktur und Arbeitsabläufe vor Eröffnung • Zubereitung von Speisen im à-la-carte-Bereich • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der Speisekarte • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP) • Organisation des eigenen Arbeitsplatzes • Warenannahme, Lagerung und Bestandskontrolle • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung im Küchenteam

Bei entsprechender Erfahrung zusätzlich: • Mitverantwortung für Küchenorganisation und Abläufe • Anleitung und Unterstützung von Teammitgliedern • Mitgestaltung von Standards und Prozessen

Ihr Profil • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch (m/w/ oder erste praktische Erfahrung als Jungkoch • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, gerne auch in verantwortlicher Position (z. B. Sous-Chef oder Chefkoch) • Erfahrung in einer oder mehreren der folgenden Küchenrichtungen von Vorteil: - italienisch - griechisch - deutsch • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Interesse an Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung eines neuen Gastronomiekonzepts • Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis in Belgien

Perspektive Die Position kann – je nach Qualifikation und Entwicklung – perspektivisch in eine leitende Funktion (z. B. Küchenleitung) übergehen.
