Wir suchen für unseren DO & CO Foodcourt am Standort Flughafen Wien-Schwechat 1 Koch_Köchin

STELLENBESCHREIBUNG

* Mise-en-place Tätigkeiten

* Professionelles Zubereiten, Präsentieren und Anrichten von hochwertigen Speisen

* Betreuen der warmen und kalten Küche, des Buffets und einzelner Ausgabestationen

* Sauberhalten des Buffet-, Gäste- und Küchenbereiches

* Kontrolle der Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der Qualitäts- und HACCP- Hygienevorschriften

* Einsatz von Montag bis Sonntag, Dienstzeiten zwischen 04:00 und 22:00 Uhr

* Flexibilität zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst

QUALIFIKATIONEN

* Abgeschlossene relevante Berufsausbildung als Koch_Köchin sowie erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Küche

* Einwandfreies Leumundszeugnis

* Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil

* Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, aber auch Hands-on Mentalität sowie ausgeprägter Teamgeist

* Flexibilität und Freude an der Arbeit mit erlesenen Lebensmitteln
