Unser Haus blickt auf eine 100jährige Tradition zurück. Im Mai 2010 haben wir unser Hotel generalrenoviert und das 1. Faulenzerhotel Österreichs eröffnet.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Koch/Köchin

für 20-40 Wochenstunden.

Wir legen großen Wert auf unsere Küchenkulinarik und freuen uns, dich in unserem Team zu haben, um gemeinsam unsere Gäste jeden Tag aufs Neue zu begeistern. Wenn du in einem motivierten, erfolgreichen Team arbeiten möchtest und der Gast stets im Mittelpunkt deiner Bemühungen steht, wenn du gerne eigene kreative Ideen einbringst und Flexibilität zu deinen Stärken zählt, dann bieten wir dir das perfekte Umfeld und einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz.

Deine Aufgaben in der Küche:

+ Führen eines eigenständigen Postens

+ Vorbereitungsarbeiten (versch. Gemüse, Salate,..)

+ Vor- und Zubereitung der a la carte Speisen, Abendmenüs, Caterings

+ Arbeiten bei Caterings (Hochzeit) und Veranstaltungen

+ Warenannahme & Kontrolle

+ Mise en Place Tätigkeiten

+ Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchen- und Servicepersonal

+ Gestaltung des Speiseangebotes
