Wir, die Bergbahnen Stuhleck GmbH, suchen für 8684 Spital am Semmering für das Panoramarestaurant W11 für die Wintersaison 2026/2027 folgendes Personal: 3 Koch/Köchin Aufgabengebiet:

* Unterstützung von unserem Küchenchef bei der täglichen Arbeit in der Küche

* Aufbau von unserem Selbstbedienungsbuffet & Nachfüllen

* Zubereitung von Speisen aus der W11 Speisenkarte

* Selbständiges Erstellen der täglichen Mise en place

* Befolgung und Umsetzung der Sicherheits-, Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsstandards

* Unterstützung des Service Teams

* Pflege der Maschinen und Apparaturen

* Tägliche Reinigung von Arbeitsflächen

Anforderungsprofil:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zum Koch/Köchin

* Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/ Gastronomie

* Lernbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail

* ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit

* Belastbarkeit in Stresssituationen

* hohe Gast- und Serviceorientierung

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Das Personal mit Arbeitsbeginn 7:30 wird mit einem Rad Track zum Restaurant gefahren, und fahren damit nach Dienstende wieder ins Tal.

Für Pendler/innen ohne PKW: Zug-Bus-Zubringung Sessellift ab 9:00 Uhr vom Parkplatz zum W11.

Entlohnung:

Laut Kollektivvertrag beträgt die Mindestentlohnung für diese Tätigkeit monatlich brutto € 2232,00 €.
