Die Klinik Diakonissen Schladming GmbH ist eine moderne Klinik und übernimmt mit rund 350 MitarbeiterInnen den Auftrag der medizinischen und pflegerischen Versorgung der Bevölkerung und der Gäste des oberen Ennstales.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Koch / Köchin DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH

* Zubereitung von schmackhaften und gesunden Mahlzeiten für unsere Patienten und Mitarbeiter

* Planung und Organisation der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe in der Küche

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Speiseplänen unter Berücksichtigung diätetischer Anforderungen

* Mitwirkung bei der Bestellung und Lagerung von Lebensmitteln

DEIN PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch / Köchin

* Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Gemeinschaftsverpflegung ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Freude am Kochen und Kreativität bei der Zubereitung von Speisen

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Teildienste)

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* 5-Tage-Woche, hauptsächlich Dienste von 6.00 - 14.30 Uhr (inkl. Mittagspause)
