* Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin und erste Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie.

* Leidenschaft: Echtes Interesse an hochwertigen Zutaten - von steirischen Regionalprodukten bis hin zu Wildfang, Krustentieren und Trüffeln.

* Handwerk: Du willst Lebensmittel von Grund auf verarbeiten - vom Zerlegen ganzer Tiere bis zur eigenen Demi-Glace.
